My stay at the hotel was a complete disaster. There were cockroaches in the bathroom, and the hot tub was cold. The pool table and arcade were not functioning, and the front desk was extremely rude. The only saving grace was the helpful housekeeping staff. The manager Mike was unprofessional and unhelpful, making the situation even worse. Corporate refused a refund despite the terrible experience. I would recommend Motel 6 over this place.

My stay at this hotel was a total disaster! The room was in a terrible state, with a strong smell of smoke resembling a seedy bar. Despite being somewhat clean, it was frayed and worn. I got a discounted rate, but it wasn't worth it at all. Additionally, there were multiple issues such as a broken lamp and, to top it all off, waking up to find cockroaches in the bathroom. The hot tub was cold, and the entertainment facilities were a joke. The staff, particularly the manager, was extremely unprofessional and rude. Avoid this place at all costs - even Motel 6 would be a better option than the Clarion.
